What You'll Do:

As an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners in Ballarat/ Bendigo. The focus of your role will include:

Work closely our clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.Providing a high level of client service to enable effective and long-lasting relationships locallyManage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiriesOffering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.Policy maintenance

What You'll Bring:

A strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage.Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads.Formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) is mandatory.Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.Working autonomously with the business network to drive growth
