About the role:
The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is seeking a driven Solicitor (VPS4) to join our specialised Proceeds of Crime workgroup. In this role, you will manage a dynamic caseload focused on statutory confiscation litigation under the Confiscation Act 1997.
Working under supervision, you will regularly appear in the County Court of Victoria (Confiscation List) for restraining orders and pre-trial applications, conduct legal research and analysis, negotiate early case resolutions, and instruct Counsel in complex matters.
