injury and compensation law firm, with specialist expertise across Medical
Negligence, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability, Institutional Abuse,
Workers’ Compensation, Dust Diseases, Inheritance Disputes, TPD, Product
Liability, and Class Actions.The RoleReporting to the Head
of Marketing and working closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager, this is
a new role being established to strengthen the organisations data and reporting
capability. This is a hands-on role where you will provide analysis and
insights to support service delivery, performance monitoring and strategic
decision making.You will analyse and
interpret client, service, contact centre and operational data, and deliver
high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders and the Board. You will also
lead improvements in data quality, reporting frameworks, and automation. Key responsibilities
include: Analysing data across systems (e.g. client
management, contact centre, intake channels) to identify trends, risks,
and opportunitiesDeveloping data dashboards in tableau and reports
to support Executive, operational and Board decision makingSupporting reporting, including tracking
performance against agreed targets and outcomesImproving data quality, consistency, and
governance practices across the organisationLeading data and reporting improvement
initiatives, including automation and system integrationAbout you:You are a
strong analytical thinker who can translate data into practical insights and
influence decision-making. You are equally comfortable working with data and
engaging stakeholders across the organisation.You will bring:Proven experience analysing data across multiple
systems and producing insights that have informed operational or strategic
decisionsDemonstrated experience building and maintaining
dashboards using Tableau that are actively used by stakeholders to monitor
performanceProven experience using Salesforce as a CRM/reporting tool' or 'proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills, with evidence of using
Excel for data analysis, modelling, data cleaning, or reporting (e.g.
pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)A track record of improving data quality and
integrity, including implementing data cleaning, validation, or governance
practicesExperience identifying and delivering
improvements to reporting processes, including automation or integration
of data across systemsProven ability to manage and deliver projects,
balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
