About the role
We are seeking a dedicated support worker able to work on the north side of Brisbane (Sunshine Coast, Fitzgibbon, Caboolture, Morayfield and Warner) with medium/long consistent shifts offering ADL, CAS and SIL opportunities. Work to build and maintain healthy lifestyle and daily living skills. If you are an attentive person looking to help someone reach independence, please apply.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals in your care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and progress.
Provide personalised support to individuals to access the community.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in support work or related fields are preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
