An outstanding opportunity now exists for an experienced Construction Manager to take leadership of the construction division and play an integral role in its next chapter.

You'll inherit an experienced team and strong pipeline of premium projects, while being given the opportunity to refine systems, strengthen programming, mentor people and elevate the overall performance of the construction operation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction division across multiple concurrent luxury residential projects

• Mentor, develop and support Site Supervisors and construction delivery teams

• Drive programming, resource planning and coordination across the project portfolio

• Oversee budgets, procurement, forecasting and commercial project performance

• Maintain exceptional communication with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors

• Ensure projects consistently achieve the quality and detail expected at the premium end of the market

• Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and construction delivery

• Proactively resolve project challenges and maintain momentum during demanding periods

• Work closely with senior leadership to continually refine and improve the construction operation

• Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and exceptional standards

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Operations Manager or accomplished Senior Project Manager

• Experience leading multiple projects, teams and competing priorities simultaneously

• Strong programming, planning and organisational capability

• Commercially astute with experience across budgets, forecasting and project performance

• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage sophisticated clients and stakeholders

• Intelligent, resourceful and solutions-focused with outstanding attention to detail

• Genuine passion for mentoring, developing and getting the best from people

• Resilient and willing to lead from the front when projects require additional effort

• Premium residential, landscape construction or high-quality building experience highly regarded

• Well-presented, articulate and professional with strong personal values
