About the role

Your main duties will include:

• Providing support and guidance to junior/inexperienced Oncology/Haematology staff
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager
• Develop close working relationships with the MDT

About you

• A minimum of three years' experience in Haematology/Oncology nursing.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Oncology, or currently working towards completion.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in Haematology/Oncology. (Cytotoxic administration competency)
• Accountability for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring and precepting staff.
