• Warm, inbound leads and uncapped commission - no cold calling
• Base up to $80,000 + super, with on-target earnings circa $250,000

Our client is an established and successful property investment group on a mission to empower and educate everyday Australians to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through property. As they continue to grow, they are looking for one exceptional Sales Consultant - an absolute gun - to join the team.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the Founder, you will take ownership of a steady stream of warm, inbound leads and convert them into signed property sales. This is a genuine sales role for a natural closer. There is no cold calling and no counting the hours - just quality leads, a proven product, and the support to turn them into results.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity. You will be given a huge amount of hands-on training, along with the autonomy to run your own patch your way. Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Converting warm, inbound leads generated through marketing and referrals into signed sales
• Qualifying and re-engaging leads to keep your pipeline full
• Progressing clients through the sales process, from first contact through to signing
• Conducting presentations both online and in person
• Selling off-the-plan property investments to clients across Victoria
• Managing your own pipeline and keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
• Working closely with the Founder to coordinate sales bookings and presentations
• Providing weekly reporting and consistently meeting your KPIs and sales targets

Key Selection Criteria
You are a self-starter who thrives on set KPIs and targets, and you are motivated to back yourself and win. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Demonstrated and successful sales experience - real estate or property highly regarded
• A proven ability to convert leads and achieve revenue and sales targets
• The drive, resilience and hunger to perform in a fast-paced sales environment
• The ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of productivity
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of property or investment finance (advantageous)
• A current Victorian driver's licence and your own reliable car (travel across Victoria; expenses reimbursed)
• A National Police Check
• An Agent's Representative certificate (ideal but not essential)
