About the Role 

Reporting into the Nutrition Lead, the Senior Dietitian is the day-to-day dietetic voice of Move With Us. This is a dual-facing role that sits at the intersection of member experience and content, responsible for ensuring every woman who reaches out with a nutrition question receives accurate, empathetic and evidence-based support, while simultaneously owning the nutrition content pipeline that keeps MWU at the forefront of the digital health and fitness space.  

On the customer side, you will own the nutrition enquiry queue end-to-end across CX email, in-app messaging, the Facebook forum and social channels. On the content side, you will develop recipes and meal guides for the MWU app, write blogs and educational assets, and produce a consistent pipeline of social content including short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok. This is a camera-facing role so you will concept, script, film, and appear in nutrition content that educates and inspires our community.  

You will:  

• Own the nutrition enquiry queue end-to-end, acting as the first point of contact for all member nutrition questions across CX email, in-app messaging, the Facebook forum and social channels.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic and evidence-based written responses that reflect the highest standard of nutritional advice.
• Build and maintain a library of macros, templates and responses for common nutrition questions, and educate the CX team on common responses where required.
• Identify recurring themes in customer enquiries and convert them into content — blogs, infographics, FAQs and in-app education.
• Develop new recipes for the MWU app to an agreed monthly cadence, ensuring each is achievable, affordable and consistent with the MWU nutrition philosophy.
• Create meal guides and ingest and publish all nutrition content via the CMS with correct metadata, imagery, tagging and categorisation.
• Maintain the food journal and recipe database, auditing, updating and retiring content to keep the library accurate and current.
• Track monthly in-app recipe analytics to identify top-performing content and apply learnings to future recipe development.
• Own the nutrition content pillar across MWU social channels, working with the Senior Social Media Coordinator to deliver a consistent monthly pipeline of content.
• Concept, script, film and appear in short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok, including recipe videos, nutrition education, myth-busting and trend commentary.
• Actively monitor nutrition trends and emerging topics across social platforms, responding quickly with credible, evidence-based content that positions MWU as a trusted nutrition voice.
• Monitor nutrition-related comments and DMs on social, correcting misinformation and engaging the community in brand voice.
• Track performance of nutrition content against engagement benchmarks and apply learnings to future content planning.

About You

You are a registered dietitian who is just as confident on camera as you are comfortable creating meal guides. You know how to take complex nutrition science and turn it into content that is practical, digestible, and genuinely useful for women at every stage of their health journey. You understand how to talk to a community, not just a patient, and you care deeply about getting the advice right every single time. You are a self-starter who can manage your own workload against a content calendar without needing to be chased. You move quickly, take ownership and hold yourself to a high standard across everything that goes out under the MWU name.  

You bring:  

• A degree in Dietetics and current APD accreditation.
• Experience in content creation, social media or digital health.
• Confidence on camera and demonstrated experience producing short-form video content.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition practice and the ability to communicate it accessibly.
• Excellent written communication skills across both clinical and consumer contexts.
• Experience working within a CMS and managing a content pipeline.
• A data-led approach, with the ability to read analytics and apply insights to future content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative working style, you will work closely with the social, CX and product teams daily.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and women's wellbeing.
• A bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field is required.
