Family Support Consultant

We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Family Support Consultant to join our Centre Support Office. In this role, you’ll bring empathy, energy, and initiative to every interaction—helping families explore their options and ensuring our centres shine.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to enrolment enquiries and guide families through the enrolment journey – from first contact to confirmed booking.
• Partner with centre teams to maximise occupancy and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and track feedback to make sure families love what we do.
• Manage customer feedback and service issues with care, speed and professionalism.
• Monitor key performance metrics and maintain accurate records using Affinity systems such as Story Park Manage.
• Stay informed about competitor activity and opportunities to improve how we serve families.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales support or contact centre environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude, resilience, and a sense of humour when things get busy!
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
• Knowledge of the early education or childcare sector is a plus—but not essential.
