Parts Specialist

EarthTrac is currently seeking a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our team in Brisbane for the role of - Customer Service Representative – Parts Specialist supporting the CASE Construction Equipment brand by providing exceptional customer service and technical parts knowledge to internal and external customers.

Based at our Brisbane metropolitan dealership, this role focuses on the accurate identification, supply, and sales of CASE Construction parts, supporting workshop functions and efficiency with ultimate focus on customer satisfaction across all product lines.

 Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

·          A passion for the construction industry.

·          Computer competency.

·          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·          Ability to provide great customer service.

·          Willingness to learn as well as mentor others.

·          Ability to work in a team environment.

·          Hold a current Driver’s Licence
