Service Mobilisation General Manager

Parkerville Children and Youth Care is entering an exciting period of service growth and operational mobilisation.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role sits at the intersection of service delivery, property, technology, infrastructure and strategic initiatives. You’ll translate operational, technical, partner and executive requirements into coordinated, practical plans that turn ideas into services ready to operate from day one.

This is not a traditional project management role. It’s an integrator role. You’ll bring specialist teams and stakeholders together, provide clear direction, challenge where needed and support informed executive decision-making. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities and confidently recommending trade-offs - or saying “no” - when cost, scope, timing, compliance or risk require it.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Property, ICT, service delivery leaders and external partners, you’ll help ensure new services are safe, efficient, sustainable and ready to deliver from day one.
