About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
The position will provide you with great exposure to a range of functions including customer service and office administration.
This is a min 30hrs to max 37.5hrs per week position for our Sydney office, Mon-Fri, to start as soon as possible.
Working closely with the rest of the team, you will:
· Manage stock levels, stock orders and local dispatch of coffee/vending machines and spare parts;
· Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing;
· Support ongoing relation with customers, presence at trade shows, promotional materials.
Examples of duties:
· Manage enquiries and orders of equipment, parts and accessories;
· Manage logistics aspect of local stock out-bound (to customer);
· Manage customer service enquiries and communication with clients;
· Manage and monitor internal stock level (equipment, parts and accessories);
· Manage and coordinate service requests;
· Keep internal files and inventory up-to-date;
· Arrange airfreight and seafreight part orders with HO;
· Manage presence and promotion at exhibitions / trade shows;
· Create promotional materials (eg: brochures, product profile, etc...)
· Manage invoicing to customers (eg: proforma, tax invoice, refund/credit)
· Maintain office environment in good shape;
· Manage suppliers and contractors (energy supplier, IT, cleaners, fire / safety inspection etc...)
· Drive CRM activities
Skills and Expertise
You have had preferably customer service/logistics experience, but you are also keen to grow with the business and learn new skills along the way.
To be considered for this position you must have a positive attitude to work, excellent administration and communication skills, and fluent English - verbal and written skills (good Italian verbal and written skills will be a plus), exceptional attention to details and ability to prioritize.

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Excel (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel formulas is required)
· Fluent English - verbal and written skills
· Experience in a similar role is preferable
