Office & HR Administrator

AWB Co. is a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating across Perth and Adelaide. As registered builders and licensed electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting contractors, we deliver high-quality project solutions to government and commercial clients.

Based in Osborne Park, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & HR Administrator to join our friendly, supportive, and results-driven team. This is a diverse role where you'll provide administration support across fleet management, office operations, HR processes, and company marketing initiatives while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys variety, has a strong eye for detail, and is looking to develop their skills across administration, people support, and marketing within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration

• Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, facilities, equipment, and maintaining an organised workplace environment.
  
• Maintain accurate business records, documentation, and filing systems.
  
• Assist with reporting, data entry, document control, and general business administration tasks.
  

Fleet & Asset Management

• Manage company fleet administration including vehicle allocations, servicing, registrations, insurance, and compliance requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and coordinate servicing, repairs, and fleet-related requirements.
  
• Support company vehicle onboarding and off boarding processes for employees.
  

HR Administration Support

• Provide HR administration support including employee onboarding and maintaining employee records. 
  
• Coordinate new starter requirements including inductions, uniforms, and system access.
  
• Assist with recruitment activities including candidate coordination, reference checks and interview scheduling.
  
• Maintain training records, licences, and compliance documentation.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist with managing company social media platforms, including preparing and scheduling engaging content.
  
• Capture and coordinate photos, project updates, team activities, and company milestones for social media and marketing purposes.
  
• Support the creation of external communications, including employee updates and business announcements.
  
• Assist with maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms and company materials.
  
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting talent, and showcasing company achievements.
  
• Maintaining CRM database via Zoho CRM.

You will have a proactive “can do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

You may have experience in administration, HR support, office coordination, marketing assistance, or a similar role. Experience within the construction, trade services, or service-based industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
