Caravan Sales Representatives – Edwardstown

Maverick Campers & Caravans is expanding and is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Caravan Sales Representatives to join our growing team at our new Edwardstown showroom.

We are seeking both experienced sales professionals and junior sales representatives who are looking to build a long-term career in the caravan, camping and RV industry.

Whether you have years of sales experience or are looking to take your first step into caravan sales, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Caravan Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete caravan buying process, from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
  
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
  
• Developing strong product knowledge across our caravan range
  
• Following up sales enquiries, leads and existing customers
  
• Managing your own sales pipeline and customer relationships
  
• Conducting caravan presentations and demonstrations
  
• Negotiating and closing sales
  
• Assisting with customer deliveries and handovers
  
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  
• Assisting with stock presentation and showroom displays
  
• Working weekends as part of a rotating roster
  

About You

Experienced Sales Representatives

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have:

• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving targets
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• A professional and confident presentation
  
• The ability to build strong customer relationships
  
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills
  
• A current driver's licence
  
• Automotive, caravan, RV or retail sales experience is highly regarded
  

Junior Sales Representatives

For junior applicants, previous sales experience is not essential.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Strong communication and people skills
  
• A genuine interest in sales and customer service
  
• Professional presentation
  
• Good computer skills
  
• A current driver's licence
  
• Drive, reliability and a strong work ethic
  

Full product and sales training will be provided to the right junior applicant.
