About the role
We are seeking Receptionists or a Front Desk Extraordinaire to join the Team. This role involves helping us create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs. 

This is a part time position with minimum of 15 hours per week.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in front desk, reception or customer service in an accommodation setting

• Genuine happy and positive energy to bring to our team and our guests

• Good time management skills and commitment to following policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team

• Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Full working rights with no restrictions
