The Role: 

• Lead tax engagements across individual and business portfolios while providing strategic guidance  

• Manage technical compliance and advisory work with direct client interaction  

• Mentor and develop junior accountants while supporting team goals  

• Drive quality delivery and contribute to client outcomes alongside experienced leadership  

About You: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Australian public practice with strong tax capability 

• Experience across individual and business tax preparation and advisory  

• CA/CPA qualified or actively progressing toward qualification  

• Excellent communicator with a passion for delivering high‑quality work and building client relationships  

• Experience in team leadership or mentoring is highly desirable
