Customer Service Consultant – Service & Warranty

Wynstan Tullamarine | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our Service & Warranty team at Wynstan Tullamarine.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with a product in their home. You’ll listen carefully, understand what’s happened, gather the right information and make sure each service request is clearly documented for our service and installation teams to follow up.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking inbound calls from customers requiring service or warranty assistance

• Listening to customers and asking the right questions to understand their concerns

• Accessing customer and order information in our systems

• Accurately recording customer information and details of the issue

• Requesting photos or additional information when required

• Creating clear and detailed service requests for our service and installation teams

• Keeping customers informed about what happens next

• Working with internal teams to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience

• Developing your product and process knowledge through ongoing training and support

What we’re looking for

We’re much more interested in your customer service skills, communication style and attitude than your technical product knowledge.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

• Enjoy speaking with customers and helping resolve their concerns

• Are confident and comfortable communicating over the phone

• Know how to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions

• Have strong computer and data-entry skills

• Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail

• Communicate clearly, professionally and with empathy

• Are organised and able to follow processes

• Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn

Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment would be an advantage. You don’t need previous experience with blinds, curtains or home improvements — we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll receive structured training when you join us, along with ongoing coaching and product training as you build your confidence and knowledge.
