What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing careDeveloping and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needsParticipating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standardsEnsuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claimsSupporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking ForRegistered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registrationMinimum 1 year experience as an RN in an Aged Care settingStrong commitment to high-quality, person-centred careSolid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislationAvailability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
