Key Responsibilities

Location: Enfield, NSW

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Field Service Analyst to join our Business and Technology Services (BTS) team. Reporting to the ANZ Field Services Team Lead, you will provide onsite IT support across GWF operations, ensuring a seamless digital workplace experience for end users.

As the face of IT at site level, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, resolve technical issues, drive service improvements, and help maximise user productivity through proactive support and continuous improvement initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Provide onsite IT support and technical troubleshooting for end users and business operations.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve escalated incidents within agreed service levels.
• Act as the primary IT representative on site, building strong relationships with operational and business stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and implement or recommend long-term solutions to improve service performance.
• Support endpoint management, device deployment, asset lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies.
• Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to major incident management activities and support business continuity at site level.
• Promote and maintain compliance with safety, security, and IT governance policies and procedures

About you:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Desktop Support, Field Services, or a similar IT support role.
• ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent service management knowledge.
• Experience supporting modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, endpoint, and user support environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive user experiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, prioritise competing demands, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between sites and occasionally support after-hours or weekend activities when required
