Camera House is looking for a new Store Manager at our Bendigo store!

At Camera House we operate our own warehouse, stocking more than 1,800 products, from accessories and film to exclusive imports and photographic equipment.

About the Role:
As a Store Manager at Camera House, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and expertise to our customers, helping them find the perfect solutions for their photography needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Leading our team to help them optimize business performance.

·         Responsible for all aspects of business operating processes and performance.

·         Provide knowledgeable advice on photographic equipment and accessories.

·         Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits.

·         Ensure optimized inventory management and stock control.

·         Guide, support and help you and your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.

·         Maintain the store’s presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.

·         Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service.

·         Stay updated on the latest photography trends and product developments.

·         Handle customer inquiries, including technical questions and after-sales support.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our customers.

·         Leadership experience depth that inspires the best from others.

·         A passion for photography and familiarity with various types of camera equipment and a desire to showcase your passion for being best in class.

·         Thrive on solving problems, whilst drawing from your leadership, retail and customer service skills.

·         Strong sales and customer service skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Previous retail experience in a photographic or electronics environment is an advantage.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
