We are pleased to be offering a unique opportunity to undertake a three-week Internship with Davies Collison Cave's (DCC) leading Trade Marks Team.  In this program interns will receive exposure to a broad range of clients, industries and trade mark issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking talented undergraduate or post-graduate students who have a genuine interest in becoming a Trade Mark Attorney to undertake an internship with our Trade Marks team in Melbourne.

The DCC Trade Marks Internship Program provides hands on work experience at a leading IP firm where you will have the opportunity to work alongside world leading Trade Mark attorneys.

Our 2026-2027 internship program will be held for a 3-week period between November 2026 to February 2027 (excluding the Christmas and New Year period). Each internship lasts 3 weeks, with start and end dates tailored to successful candidates' availability.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications & Skills required

• Completing your penultimate year of a law degree or have recently completed your Law degree in Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a curious mind.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Personal drive and motivation.
• Exceptional academic record.
• A strong interest in Trade Marks and Intellectual Property (having completed Intellectual Property or similar in your undergrad is a plus).
