We’re re-opening applications for an exciting role at Gametraders Mt Gravatt – and we’d love to hear from passionate, motivated individuals ready to join our dynamic team.

We’re looking for a confident, capable team member with solid retail experience to join our crew at Gametraders Mt Gravatt. If you’re currently working in retail and know your way around customer service, merchandising, and fast-paced store environments, your skills will be genuinely valued here.

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service to help customers find what they’re looking for

• Maintaining clean, organised displays and a well-stocked store

• Engaging with customers to understand their interests and make recommendations

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently

• Supporting the team and contributing to a fun, collaborative workplace

• Assisting with trading card events, quoting trades, and learning to use our systems for pricing and inventory

• You care about your work and bring energy and a great attitude to the team

• You have strong customer service skills and love helping people

• You’re a good communicator who works well with others

• You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• You’re comfortable using Facebook, as we use it for team communication

• Availability on evenings and weekends is a must

• Must be available from mid November until January

You don’t need to be a trading card expert (yet!), but you’ll need to be open to learning the basics – from quoting trades to helping with event nights (we run them twice a week).
