About the role
ARC Disability is a community-based organisation with a long history in the Cairns and Far North, supporting children and adults who have a disability, their families and support networks.
We are looking for a Health Support Facilitator to assist our growing company in the following areas:
TrainingHealth advice and/or educationHealth Care PlansHealth Support to Participants with a disabilityHome and Site Visits
Role Summary:
Permanent / Part Time30hrs per WeekS.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 5, based on experience.Be part a committed and supportive team of professionals.Inclusive workplace environmentCairns North main office location, free parking adjacent workplaceReporting to the Chief Health and Quality Officer

Is this you?
The primary responsibility of the role is to work with Chief Health and Quality Officer to meet the health needs of the organisation. Training our support staff will be a key part of the role, therefore travelling between our offices to provide training will be a requirement as well as home and site visits. Confidence in your ability to train small groups of people is a must - you'll be supported by the Chief Health and Quality Officer and Training and Development team along the way!
