Operations Assistant

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services.  With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Position:

This role will support in maximising the efficiency of the Vehicle processing department by providing excellent administrative support in managing and coordinating the departments requirements.

What you will do:

• Provide general administrative support
• Coordinate onboarding administration for new employees
• Provide payroll/agency administration support, including data entry, review, and processing
• Raise and process purchase orders
• Complete administrative actions arising from toolbox meetings and other operational activities
• Coordinate vehicle shipping/wharf documentation  
• Coordinate office supplies and facility requirements
• Other administrative duties as required by management

What you will bring:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in roster preparation and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
• Strong initiative with a proactive approach to learning and development
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Flexible, personable, and effective problem-solving ability
