Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic experienced Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Business Relationship Manager to join our Workforce Australia team This is an identified position and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with local employers, and community groups to identify employment opportunities for participants, and connect job seekers with sustainable employment outcomes.

You will work closely with employers, community groups and internal teams to understand workforce needs, promote suitable candidates, support job placements and provide ongoing employer engagement to help achieve successful employment outcomes.
