We are growing and we need a Project Site Coordinator who takes genuine ownership of every job from demolition to completion.

This is a hands-on, site-active, problem-solving role for someone who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating multiple bathroom renovation projects simultaneously, managing trades, keeping schedules tight, communicating proactively with Operations Team and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget and to the high standard Oxford Bathrooms is known for.

You will be the central point of contact between our customers, tradespeople, suppliers and internal team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing on site bathroom renovation projects end to end from demolition through to final handover

• Working alongside the construction team to coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep every project moving

• Conducting regular site visits and quality control inspections on each stage of construction

• Maintaining accurate project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met and engaging with the office when challenges arise

• Communicating consistently and proactively with clients throughout every stage of their renovation

• Resolving site issues quickly and keeping projects on track under pressure

• Maintaining accurate project records and providing clear updates to management

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every single touchpoint

Who We Are Looking For

You are highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple projects at once. You communicate exceptionally well with clients, trades and internal teams alike. You hold yourself to a high standard and you expect the same from the trades and suppliers you manage.

To be successful you will bring:

• Proven experience coordinating renovation, construction or building projects

• Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation processes

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail

• Confidence dealing with trades and ability to assess quality of workmanship

• A solid network of reliable tradespeople is preferred, or the ability to source and vet quality trades quickly

• A current driver's licence and professional presentation

Important

This is not an office based role , you will be expected to travel to the Hills District, North Shore and Northern Beaches for site visits. We need someone present, engaged and on the ground — every day.
