Senior Consultant – Bids, Tenders & Interactives

We partner with clients across infrastructure, transport, utilities and government to solve complex challenges across the project lifecycle.

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant with specialist expertise across bids and tenders, with demonstrated experience in tender interactives and facilitation.

Tender interactive experience and strong facilitation capability are essential for this role.

This is not a traditional bid-writing position. We’re looking for someone who understands the full bid and tender lifecycle and can confidently work from early strategy and positioning through bid development, tender interactives, submission and evaluation.

You’ll know how to design, prepare for and facilitate tender interactives, bringing together senior leaders, technical specialists and multidisciplinary teams to create clarity, alignment and compelling outcomes.

You’ll be equally comfortable facilitating a room, shaping win themes and bid strategy, challenging thinking and rolling up your sleeves to deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support bids and tenders across all stages of the lifecycle

• Design, prepare for and facilitate tender interactives, including workshops, rehearsals and client-facing interactive sessions

• Facilitate complex workshops with executives, technical specialists, commercial teams and multidisciplinary bid teams

• Develop bid strategy, win themes, value propositions and competitive positioning

• Coach and prepare teams to perform effectively through interactive tender processes

• Bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex, high-pressure bids and pursuits

• Support pre-market engagement, market sounding and industry participation

• Develop tender strategies, documentation, evaluation approaches and decision-making frameworks

• Translate complex technical and commercial information into clear, compelling and decision-ready content

• Work directly with clients as a trusted adviser across both strategy and hands-on delivery

About You

For this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in tender interactives – essential

• Strong facilitation experience – essential

• Significant experience across bids and tenders and the full tender lifecycle

• Experience designing and facilitating interactive workshops, rehearsals and/or formal tender interactive sessions

• Strong capability in bid strategy, win themes, positioning and value propositions

• Confidence facilitating senior, technical and multidisciplinary groups

• The ability to turn complex conversations and information into clear strategies and compelling bid responses

• Experience working in high-pressure environments with immovable deadlines

• The ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability

Experience within major infrastructure, transport, utilities, construction, engineering or government procurement will be highly regarded.
