We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Fitter / HD Fitter / HD Mechanic to join our growing Gladstone-based team. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent local work, modern equipment, and a supportive crew that understands life outside of work matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, fault-finding, and repairing heavy-duty diesel equipment

• Working on earthmoving machinery, trucks, transport vehicles, cranes, generators, EWP’s, light vehicles, and more

• Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

• On-site repairs and breakdown assistance within the local area

• Completing job documentation accurately and efficiently

• Working safely and collaboratively with a skilled team

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, or related trade

• Experience as a Diesel Fitter / HD Fitter / HD Mechanic

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously and take pride in your work

• A safety-first mindset

• Current driver’s licence

• Availability for a 9 - week rotating on-call roster
