Beauty Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct product and treatment consultations, and recommend tailored solutions based on skin concerns and goals.

• Actively promote products, packages and memberships to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain deep knowledge of skincare, bodycare and aesthetic services; demonstrate and explain product benefits and usage.

• Manage appointments, handle enquiries, process payments and support reception duties as needed.

• Client Follow-up: Contact clients for post-treatment care, promotions and retention initiatives; track client progress and feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in retail beauty, skincare consultancy, or salon/aesthetic front-line roles preferred.

• Strong sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

• Familiarity with skincare products, basic facial treatments or aesthetics is an advantage.

• Fluent English and proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese.

• Presentable, proactive, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
