About Us

Toothbuds Paediatric Dentistry is a fast‑growing, child‑focused dental group with clinics across Perth. We’re known for our kindness, inclusivity, and supportive team culture — and we’re expanding. As we grow, we’re looking for a Human Resource & Project Consultant who can help us build strong teams, streamline operations, and deliver meaningful community and staff initiatives.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, varied role for someone who loves people, organisation, and bringing projects to life. You’ll be the backbone of our HR operations while also leading small‑to‑medium projects that strengthen our team culture and community presence. You'll form part of the Toothbuds leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Operations

• Manage end‑to‑end rostering across multiple clinics

• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new team members

• Support training, development pathways, and competency tracking

• Oversee payroll preparation and accuracy

• Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and employee records

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to our team and leadership

Projects & Engagement

• Plan and deliver community outreach initiatives

• Organise team events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities

• Assist with internal communications and culture‑building projects

• Support operational improvement projects as we expand into new locations

About You

You will bring:

• Experience in HR coordination, administration, or consulting
