The RoleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused Administration Officer professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, working Full-Time you’ll oversee key functions such as Payroll & Roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities 

• Roster Coordination – Ensuring roster alignment to the master roster.
• Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions.
• Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies.
• Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
• Records management and document preparation.

What You Will Bring

• Qualification or experience in Business, Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated payroll experience
• Sound Recruitment Experience and HR Experience
• Strong rostering experience within Residential Aged Care (essential)
• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) – mandatory
• A compassionate and empathetic approach
