Periodical Cleaner

Experienced Periodical Cleaner – Day/Night Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Periodical Cleaner to join our team for day and night shifts.

This position is suitable for someone with previous commercial cleaning experience who is confident performing specialised and periodical cleaning services.

Key Duties

• Carpet steam cleaning / extraction cleaning
• Strip and seal of hard floors
• Pressure washing
• Window cleaning
• Floor scrubbing and other periodical cleaning
• Operating commercial cleaning machinery and equipment
• Following site safety procedures and completing work to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous periodical/commercial cleaning experience is essential
• Experience in at least some of the following:
• Carpet cleaning machines
• Floor scrubbers
• Floor polishers/buffers
• Wet vacuums
• Pressure washers
• Strip and seal equipment
• Window cleaning equipment
• You do not need to know every machine, but you must have practical experience operating some commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Physically capable of completing periodical cleaning work
• Reliable and punctual
• Available for day and night work
• Willing to travel to different job sites when required

About the Role

This is not a standard general cleaning position. We are looking for cleaners who already have hands-on experience with periodical and specialised cleaning work.
