Aged Care Nursing Registered Nurses

With a current surge in demand for our services, we are now seeking values driven, skilled, responsive, and reliable staff to join our team. We are currently in pursuit of dedicated, loyal, accountable, and experienced Nurses, to join our growing team in the Perth metro. 

To apply, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

• A minimum of 9 months recent experience working in Aged Care or community services in a similar role

• A current recognised qualification in the role you are applying for. Must meet appropriate AQF level.

• Current manual handling acquired in the last 6 months.

• A current national police clearance certificate acquired in the last 6 months.

• Current First Aid

• A current W.A. drivers’ license and reliable vehicle are mandatory.

• Excellent rounded communication skills

• Knowledge and awareness of safety and health in the workplace principles especially of infection prevention and control

• Dept. of Health Infection Control for Covid 19 certificate a must

• Current influenza and covid 19 vaccination a must

• Sound leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of the aged care quality and safety commission advantageous.

• Knowledge about continuous improvement and risk management advantageous

• Flexible and accountable attitude
