Experienced Barista - Puk Espresso

Puk Espresso is growing, and we’re looking for genuinely good people to grow with us.

We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a spot on the roster. We want experienced baristas who are fast, consistent, great with customers and want to work somewhere with high standards.

THE ROLE

You’ll be working across multiple stores, in a busy coffee environment where quality, speed and customer service all matter.

You should be confident with:

• High-volume coffee service
• Dialling in and maintaining espresso quality
• Fast, consistent milk
• Working clean and organised
• Communicating confidently with customers
• Keeping your standard high when it gets busy

We have strong systems and clear expectations. You’ll know exactly what’s expected of you - and if you’re good at what you do, we’ll recognise it.

We pay well for good people.

We’re happy to pay above standard rates for people who bring experience, reliability and a genuinely high level of performance.
