Client Service Manager - Warehouse & Fulfilment

Client Leadership

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
• Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow partnerships
• Act as the primary escalation point for client matters

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client programs and initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service and quality standards
• Monitor project milestones, risks and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
• Ensure processes and governance requirements are consistently met

Commercial Performance

• Prepare and review quotations, pricing and commercial proposals
• Monitor revenue, profitability and portfolio performance
• Analyse commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure accurate invoicing and financial reconciliation processes

People Leadership

• Coach, mentor and develop team members
• Foster a high-performance, accountable and collaborative culture
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation
• Lead performance and development conversations

About You
You'll be a confident relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
 
You'll bring:

• Experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, Logistics, Fulfilment or related industries
• A proven track record managing key client relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including pricing and profitability management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
