About Naron Air Conditioning

Naron Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based mechanical services contractor delivering HVAC design, supply, installation and commissioning across commercial and residential projects. We work with Daikin ducted, split, multi-head and VRV systems, ductwork and ventilation, carpark exhaust systems, and full compliance documentation. We are growing steadily and are looking for a licensed mechanical plumber to join our install team long term.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will deliver mechanical services plumbing across new installations, upgrades and service works:

- Install, modify and test mechanical equipment including carpark ventilation,
- Condensate drainage, pumps and tundish installations,
- Pipework and duct work connections for fan coil units, VRV/VRF and packaged plant"
- Gas pipework and appliance connections where licensed
- Pressure testing, flushing and commissioning assistance
- Completion of compliance certificates, ITPs, as-built markups and site documentation
- Safe work on commercial sites, including SWMS compliance and site inductions

What you will bring

- Current VBA Licensed Plumber registration with Mechanical Services,
- Minimum 3 years post-licence experience in mechanical services or HVAC plumbing
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current Victorian driver licence
- Confident reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications
- EWP tickets (advantageous)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work autonomously on site.

- $50–$58/hr + super + vehicle, negotiated on licences and experience
