Mechanic

Location: Caloundra, Sunshine Coast
Employment: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and capability

Revolution Autocare is looking for an experienced, qualified mechanic to join our busy independent workshop in Caloundra.

We work on a broad range of passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles. This position would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can diagnose faults properly and wants to be part of a straightforward, supportive workshop.

You will be responsible for:

• Logbook servicing and general mechanical repairs

• Brake, suspension, steering and cooling-system repairs

• Engine, transmission and driveline work

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

• Inspecting vehicles and accurately reporting required repairs

• Completing digital job cards and inspection reports

• Communicating clearly with the workshop manager and other technicians

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

The successful applicant will have:

• A recognised Australian light-vehicle mechanical qualification

• Current Australian working rights

• A current driver’s licence

• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills

• The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Good attention to detail

• Honest and reliable work habits

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with 4WDs, diesel diagnosis, automotive electrical work.

• Full-time, Monday-to-Friday employment
