Field Operators / Tractor Operators

About the Role:

We are seeking full time Field Operators and Tractor operators to join our teams working out of our Bayswater depot.  Reporting to the Crew Leader your day will consist of undertaking a variety of vegetation maintenance works, including slashing, brush cutting, mowing and herbicide application.

To be successful in one of these roles you will have:

• Experience and skills in grounds maintenance and associated plant and equipment, including zero turn mowers, tractors, brushcutters;

• A current manual driver's licence (MR advantageous);

• A strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills;

• Construction Safety White Card;

• TMI Card (advantageous)

• ACDC Chemical Accreditation (will be highly regarded)

• Ability to pass any pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol testing

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar hands-on roles, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, meet deadlines reliably, and have a solid understanding of health and safety practices.
