The Role

Every journey tells a story of trust, timing, and teamwork. As a National Road Logistics Carrier Manager, you’ll be the person in charge of that story, overseeing and optimising carrier operations across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Champion carrier success: Develop and implement strategies that optimise service quality and profitability within the national road logistics framework.

• Guide collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.

• Shape the journey: Leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in logistics processes.

• Solve challenges: Foster strong relationships with carriers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Prior experience in transport or logistics, with strong knowledge of the road logistics industry and market trends.

• Extensive experience in carrier management and logistics operations.
