We are a highly acclaimed and award-winning dealership (2025 Gold Excellence Metro Dealer of The Year) seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to take ownership of our pre-owned operations and continue our strong track record of success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven automotive professional who is passionate about used vehicles, sales performance, team leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Source, price, and secure the right vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and private purchase.
• Maintain tight control over stock levels, ensuring accurate advertising and high turnover.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed volume and profit targets.
• Implement systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to handover.
• Drive awareness and maximise opportunities across the full automotive value chain, including F&I, aftermarket products, accessories and other revenue streams.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven track record running a successful used car department.
• Strong skills in vehicle valuation, negotiation, and acquisition.
• Previous experience in a leadership position
• Process-driven thinking with the ability to maximise results.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
