Customer Service - Sailing Equipment Export Sales and Logistics Specialist

About the role

Based in our Braeside head office, this role manages export customer orders from receipt to delivery, delivering excellent service while coordinating with customers, distributors, freight providers, manufacturing facilities and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone.

• Process sales orders, credits and warranty claims in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Coordinate export orders and shipments from order receipt through to delivery.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping providers and export partners.

• Monitor open orders and backorders, maintaining accurate supply information for customers and stakeholders.

• Review freight costs, freight reconciliation and export-related charges.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.

About you

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management or export administration.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe PDF.

• Export, freight or logistics coordination experience.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
