Training and Development Manager

Our Private Bank Risk team supports our financial planners in delivering high‑quality advice by promoting strong risk awareness and compliant practices. We work closely with colleagues across the Private Bank to ensure they have the tools, guidance, and confidence needed to operate safely and effectively.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in strengthening our compliance culture by providing practical coaching, guidance, and learning support to the Financial Planners in the Private Bank. You will help our people understand and apply the behaviors and practices required to meet regulatory standards, while identifying opportunities to improve compliance knowledge and capability. Your work will contribute directly to creating an environment where staff feel informed, supported, and confident in navigating financial planning compliance responsibilities.

What You Offer
