What you’ll be doing

This is a great opportunity to bring your hospitality and customer service skills into a corporate environment. No two days are the same!

You’ll create exceptional experiences for visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. You’ll also support our clients across a range of services including Front of House, Concierge, Placemaking, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting Coordination.

The role involves a mix of walking, standing, sitting and manual handling throughout the day.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, retail, airline, reception or a similar service environment

• Someone who loves talking to people and making them feel welcome

• A genuine customer service and hospitality mindset

• Confidence, initiative and a willingness to learn

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude
