We're looking for two exceptional people-persons to become the face of one of Cremorne's most exciting new commercial buildings.

This isn't your typical reception job. It's part concierge, part customer experience, part building operations, and 100% about creating an environment people genuinely enjoy being in.

You'll be working in a state-of-the-art building just a 5-minute walk from train and tram services, home to some seriously impressive tenants, including the headquarters of a national sporting league and a notable fashion house.

No two days are the same. One minute you're greeting a VIP guest, the next you're helping coordinate a delivery, assisting a tenant, or ensuring the building is secure and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Head Concierge / Reception

You'll be the heartbeat of the building, leading front-of-house operations while building strong relationships with tenants, visitors, contractors, and building management.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience in a senior reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing role

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence

• A professional, polished, and approachable manner

• Someone who naturally takes ownership and leads by example

Concierge / Reception Officer

Perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years' experience in reception, hospitality, administration, concierge, or customer service

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Confidence interacting with people from all walks of life

• Professionalism under pressure and a willingness to learn

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming tenants, visitors, and contractors

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience

• Managing visitor access and access cards

• Monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and building operations

• Conducting general building inspections and reporting issues

• Coordinating loading dock bookings and deliveries

• Supporting tenants and resolving enquiries

• Liaising with building management and facilities teams

• Maintaining records, logs, and incident reports

• Helping create a workplace experience people genuinely enjoy
