P&E Total Solutions is growing, and we are now seeking a reliable, proactive and detail‑oriented Administration Support Officer to support the daily administrative operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Job data management, including accurate record keeping and documentation

• Processing purchase orders and managing invoicing

• Providing phone coverage and acting as the first point of contact

• Office supplies procurement and ordering

• Supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks across the office

• Exposure & Development Opportunities

This role offers valuable exposure to a range of business functions, including:

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Payroll

• Site mobilisation

• Projects and operational support

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectively

• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

• Comfortable working across different teams and business areas

• Previous administration experience is highly regarded
