Administration Support

We are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join a busy manufacturing company based in the inner-west.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, full-time role supporting the sales and operations team in a fast-paced environment.
 
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Pay rate from $36
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Processing customer orders and updating records
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reports
• Managing emails and general correspondence
• Data entry and maintaining accurate systems
• Supporting coordination between sales, production, and dispatch teams

 
What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in admin or office support
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
