Administration Officer

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to join our Sales team in Dandenong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, building strong stakeholder relationships, and solving problems before they become issues.

As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales team by delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys investigating issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate a wide range of administrative activities to support the Sales teamDevelop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive a premium level of serviceInvestigate, identify and rectify administrative, customer service and process-related issuesMaintain accurate records and process invoices and purchase ordersPrepare quotations, tender responses and sales reportsRespond to employee and customer enquiries promptly and professionallyComplete accurate data entry, maintain databases and support compliance requirementsAssist with reporting and sales administration activitiesProvide general administrative support and other duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration roleStrong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systemsExperience using CRM systems such as SalesforceExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive and inquisitive mindset with strong investigative and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence building relationships with stakeholders across the businessOutstanding communication skills and a customer-first approachFlexibility, adaptability and a willingness to support evolving business needs.
