Sales/Administration Officer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales/Administration Officer to join our team at Outback Insulation Pty Ltd in Narangba, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all incoming sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service

• Generating quotes from Builders plans and processing customer orders

• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database

• Providing general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

• Sound computer knowledge with the ability to learn new software systems quickly

• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
