Sales and Office Administrator

Based at our new Green Fields premises

This newly created role will work across multiple areas of our organisation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping operations organised behind the scenes, and is looking to grow with a business.

You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our premises and will play a key role in ensuring they receive exceptional service and support with their cabinetry and benchtop selections. The role also provides support to our sales, operations and office teams to ensure internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person, including cabinetry and benchtop selections

• Preparing quotes, proposals and sales documentation

• Coordinating appointments, schedules and follow‑ups

• Supporting office administration, filing and data entry

• Assisting with marketing activities and customer communications

• Supporting the team with reporting and workflow management

Hours

Full‑time or Part‑time
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

About You

The successful candidate will be personable, organised and confident dealing with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone. You will bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

• Confidence using Microsoft Office; proficiency with customer portal systems is desirable

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a busy environment

• A positive, reliable and proactive approach

Experience Highly Regarded

• Administration or reception roles

• Showroom sales or interior product experience (cabinetry and benchtops desirable)

• Experience in construction, trades or service industries

Industry experience is not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate.
