Floor Restaurant Manager

Il Toscano Pasta Bar has a restaurant in Long Jetty as well as Terrigal and Gosford. We offer express hand-made Italian meals to the people and families of the Central Coast.
Il Toscano Pty Ltd is looking for a Floor Restaurant Manager, with Italian background, to join the team, permanent basis.

We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours a week to start with the opportunity of chance to a full time job.

We are also happy and able to SPONSOR the right person. 

You will be starting as part time position and change to a full time or sponsorship after 1-2 months. This time depends on your skills and commitment.

The role is varied and includes the following duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all operations of the restaurant referring to the owner;
- Organizing the floor in collaboration with the chef and the director;
- Maintaining records of stocks and goods, organizing orders with suppliers based on seasonality and availabilities;
- Monitoring actions of staff and customers at all times;
- Training and managing staff;
- Ensuring that all staff follow the policies and procedures and hygiene standards at all times in all venue;
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the role,
- Exceptional customer service,
- Management skills
- Knowledge of Italian products and cuisine.
Position: Part-time and  Full-time
Location: Long Jetty NSW 2261, Gosford, Terrigal.
Salary: Starts from Level 4 restaurant award. It also depends of your experiences and skills
